West Bengal Staff Selection Commission will conduct Chauffeur/ Transport Attendant/ Tailor Recruitment  EXAMINATION – 2016.

QUALIFICATION: FOR THE POST OF CHAUFFEUR

·         Passed at least Madhyamik Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or

equivalent examination from a recognized Board or Institution with valid Driving license for

small and heavy vehicles with at least 5 years’ experience and knowledge of minor repair

of small and heavy vehicles;

·         Must have the ability to read, write and speak in Bengali.

                        FOR THE POST OF TRANSPORT ATTENDANT

·         Passed at least Madhyamik Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or

equivalent examination from a recognized Board or Institution.

·         Must have the ability to read, write and speak in Bengali.

            FOR THE POST OF TAILOR

·         Passed at least Madhyamik Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or

equivalent examination from a recognized Board or Institution and Certificate of merit and

practical experience as a Tailor in a reputed organization / PSU with at least 5 years’

experience.

·         Must have the ability to read, write and speak in Bengali.

AGE LIMIT:  18-40 YEARS AS ON 1^ST JANUARY 2016 FOR ALL POSTS.

AGE RELAXATION:  FOR SC/ST – 5 YEARS

                                      FOR OBCA/B – 3 YEARS

                                      FOR GOV. EMPLOYEE (AT LEAST 2YEARS IN SERVICE) – 2YEARS.           

ONLINE APPLICATION DATE: Last date  17^TH may 2016 UPTO 4 p.m.

MODE OF EXAMINATION : The mode of examination, either OFFLINE or ONLINE, will be decided by the Commission and

the same will be published in Commission’s website in due course.

EXAMINATION FEES: Rs. 220/- FOR ALL AND FOR SC/ST Rs. 20/-.

Ø No exemption of fees is available to the SC / ST / BC-A/ BC-B candidates of other states.
